Can confirm this is still happening. My guild has two restricted tabs, 6 and 7. Seems to be only tabs that officers can mess with that are affected for me.

Sorry for not getting back sooner; we are aware of this issue. We don’t have an ETA, but it’s on our radar.

As of 7/17/24 this is still happening and it’s very frustrating to be a GM and have to reset it almost daily. what’s the point of purchasing the tab if we can’t use it.

Any update on this Blizzard? Still logging in every week trying to manage the GBank and have to get these permissions updated every week. Getting pretty old that this has been an issue for a month and a half now.

I am posting on behalf of my GM, this issue is annoying the GMs and players that need access to the tabs yet can not due to the settings being reset. Please at least give us an update it’s been 2 months, and almost a month since our last update.

Okay, I fixed our bank tab for the millionth time because it’s Tuesday, can we please have this fixed or some kind of update? Thank you

Was pretty rough b/c I needed to be out of town last week and in preparation we had to move everything from that tab temporarily to other tabs under the expectation of it resetting. (which it did, twice)

  • The voucher to purchase the 7th tab was broken for more than 2 weeks following the pre-expansion patch launch.
  • After obtaining the new tab, the permissions have been resetting every time a server restart happens for -2̶ ‎ ‎3 full months.
  • It has been a month and a half after the bug has been acknowledged, and it hasn’t been fixed yet.

This is really, really embarrassing. How can something like this not be fixed in THREE MONTHS? This might seem like a low-impact bug on the surface, but it is not just a severe inconvenience that the tab can essentially only be used by the Guild Master. It significantly interferes with logistics and asset management (as if running a guild wasn’t hard enough). Nothing of import can be placed in there, because the permissions might reset without notice and make it impossible for others in the guild to access it.

If something this impactful can’t be dealt with in 3 months then it’s probably just time to close up shop guys.

It was reset again this morning after maintenance.
