Instead of just Moonfire, PotP should also increase the damage of Shred so cat-weaving has better opportunity to take advantage of the talent.
Rake could also be an option, but I figure since Moonfire isn’t a talent then the feral ability shouldn’t either. For consistency, maybe have the talent work with Mangle as well so all forms are covered.
