Actually blizz is coasting on players who haven’t realized that they are intended to be your victims to abuse to get your jollies.
The game is sold as an entertainment product. If its actual design is to entertain only entitled sadists, then it’s going to fail hard.

If you’re playing PVP and think you’re a victim because you died to a more geared player in an MMO you need a psychologist, not gear. lol

You’re playing PVP, a competitive game. Someone wins and someone loses. You lose because you’re lazy and he trained and worked before you met. Get it yet?

If you’re doing PvP and congratulating yourself for having mad skillz while you farm low brackets with mythic premades and spam your covenant abilities while acting like a total dirtbag, you’re doing life wrong.
You’re the one advocating for the competition to be based on gear and not skill. I understand that that is the way the world works, but I am getting the idea that you are nervous at the idea of facing players who would be equally scaled with you.
What would you call someone who thinks they’re somehow entitled to win a head-to-head competition against someone who worked harder because reasons (not sure what the legitimate reason would be?) lol
Well, I wouldn’t call them mentally unstable. That’s just wrong.
So if it takes no skill to do mythics go breeze through them and get some gear. Problem solved. Shouldn’t take you long because you’re amazingly skilled.

I’m saying that PvP should remove scaling and balance item level so that player versus player instances require skill > gear.
I even agreed earlier that Mythics and world content can keep the item level lock in place to encourage gear progression.
I just want something to do during Down Times, I have no interest in Pet Battles and though sometimes I try Transmogs runs it really isn’t fun walking through Old Content to see if you had good luck in getting the Transmogs you wanted. And if they do anything Fun that gives me an Incentive to do Current Content during the Patch wait and there’s maybe a Chance I get Gear you know. 
I’ve never understood the appeal of the ganker, the twink, the lowbie killer. Well, i understand the small enjoyment of exercising superior power, but that enjoyment diminishes very quickly for me, because my “superiority” is artificial. Apparently that’s not the case for many, and their strident defense of the objectively broken system says more about them than anyone else.
Also, most of the arguments these folks are making could be used to justify pay to win. You don’t like it? Make some money, bro.

You might realize some time later that game difficulty requires readjustment (even Blizz admits that when they patch game every week lowering difficulty).

Yes I looked an there is was so I replied thats how it works shocking I know almost as shocking has when you do content that rewards better gear you will get better gear and then can stop whining you get killed in the a random bg
