Thank you for the huge tips guys with some of the fights made them alot easier heres the weekly report of SE with a actual casual dad/mom guild were 7/8
Boss 1 still fun easy
Boss 2 still fun easy over nerfed
Boss 3 drake we wiped twice cause of the whelps lining up perfectly to kill during the aoe mechanic which is annoying
Boss 4 mason Easy fun when organized no issue
Boss 5 hunter boss- 1 shot mechanics should be removed from the game again its dumb that fire trap or getting hit by bear mechanic 1 shots but hey easy fight
boss 6 Council- We 1 shot with the posion and curse of tongue made kicks alot more managable as long barkskin is rolling 24/7 on herod tank and peeled secrets are kicked easy fight
Boss 7 voss- we wiped once cause freeze mechanic was first mechainc and just caught 3 healers offgaurd and they died we killed 2nd pull id say she needs tuned little more maybe make the healing shield 30k instead 40k
Last boss we got 1 pull in was kinda bad show but wasnt too bad id say he def needs health nerf, the adds def need health nerf, and the mechanics need to be interuptable needing to hard cc to interupt a healer is dumb hes overtuned for 20-25 players you literally need 30 plus to do him reasonable well those who are clearing him with 20-25 players youre not casual stop bming casuals
Overall the ICC buff needs to start rolling thru or nerfs on last boss need to happen guilds shouldnt have to pug 40 people some random week like us next week to kill last boss to finally get 1st ashbringer for 3 weeks first 6 bosses did not drop any bars for ashbringer which is ruff
ill post my hints and tips for you to do the cald fight.

get your main tank to pull him a few steps from the altar and stay there (ive seen druids /warriors/rogues do very well on this fight but havent gotten to see may others mt on this one.

get your two offtanks on either side of the mt to catch adds and help place them in the fires.

if cooldowns become an issue on mt dying because of the tank buster mechanics you can have a 4th tank just to taunt till the mt taunts right back after the skill hits them and they get healed. timing on this one is crucial and can make or break. (this is if youre horde doing it. if you are alliance you can cheese it by bubble saccing the tank.)

when you go in the last bosses room while youre facing him tell everyone that the left pillar by the steps is 1 and the right pillar by the stairs is 2. when someone gets the circle on them to drop the fire you want them to go 1 then the next is 2 and then back to 1. place these circles to where they are close enough to cleave the adds and the boss but not to where your mt is standing in fire. also the ots might have to dip in the fire and run out of it to place the adds in the fire. the reason you do this is the adds wont res if the res is cast and they are in the fire.

sheep the casting adds to “interrupt” them and get them to move in the fire. you dont want them healing the boss. ravengers are brutal on the healers and must be tanked as quick as possible to get them off the healers.

when the boss gets low enough (i think 55%?) the ashbringer comes out and starts doing aoe damage which i believe is holy damage (use a big pot and healing cooldowns like barrier 1 right after another as they are about to fade and then use shouts from warriors). dps it down till he stuns you and then run to the magic circle at the back of the room and wait for the rp till you can run through the room into the portal and begin the last few parts of the fight.
if you do the fires right and manage to not lose people to dumb crap and keep your tank up you will easily down this boss.
most of the boss is just doing the mechanics and everyone that makes it this far will have the dps to do it.
work on the other bosses to get them on farm to make the run shorter so you have more time to do cald.
if you are able to see the fight about 10 or so times (its a very short run back cause once you get to him you just walk right in his room from the cath port) you will probably get the fight down or even kill it.
i have the belief you can do it.

Don’t forget the 2 burst phases during cald. You have to burn ashrbinger by like 55% then again you have to burn it down from 100% to 0 in 60seconds(when cald is at like 10% if I recall correctly). Those two parts are the real hard really and need a little bit more leeway on the cast times for it. And yes my one night a week dad guild finally killed cald last week with 23sh people. It’s doable, it’s just requires everyone to be coordinating the mechanics in p1. After p1 it’s a breeze till the 2 burn phases
