Cash-Shop, Tokens, Virtual currency, and Dancing!

This post is intended as a Satirical Presentation.

Ok, Since Blizzard has announced their plans to empty our pockets through their predatory monetization schemes. With this latest gem:

I being a loyal World of Warcraft Player will do my duty to find ways to help Blizzard achieve success. So I will make a recommendation that I think Blizzard may want to look at, and that is:

Wow Character Dances. It has been 20 years that Blizzard has ignored the much asked for New Dances. Yes indeed, 20+ years that the dances have not been changed or added to. We still have only the same old few dances, one dance per character race and gender.

So I suggest that Blizzard can make a ton of money by selling New Character Dances in the cash-shop. I mean what’s the point of getting new Player housing if you can’t invite your friends over and have a real party with music and dancing, right!

But people will want new modern dances. Blizzard take a hint from Fortnite, they sell dances to their players every single day, Not just the oldies, but the new modern dances as well. They are making a ton of money and you Blizzard can too.

So loyal Wow players, join me in helping Blizz out. Please contribute to the effort and make suggestions as to how Blizz can make as much money as possible! Tell Blizz what you think they can sell in the cash-shop that is in the game for real world cash.

So please feel free to participate in the parody.

I think a great product for de cash-shop would be nail polish for finger nails, toe nails and hooves.

Den me think why not sell tails and bunny ears. And they can open a Transmog fashion shop. Selling all the latest fashions. So players can really make their fashion statement.

Ah, and what about Submarines you can ride in. Like who wouldn’t pay $1,000.00 to have their own submarine they could ride to the bottom of the sea in looking through the portholes at all the pretty fishes!

The fact that you took time to do this post as a grown man of America, yikes.

With a name like Wulf. Their either from Asia or Australia

Look at you, you are the ideal customer begging for blizzard to monetize dancing animations. I believe there’s a specific game out there that caters to your dancing needs, you can go play that one.

Apparently some people have missed the fact that this post is criticizing a controversial Blizz decision with humor. In order to point out the absurdity.

jesus hp chrst…how many of these threads do we need lmao

Hi there Liolang. Nice to see you. I guess the reason to your question is that there are a lot of people concerned about Blizzards move to increase monetization.

Now that you are in here I know things will liven up.

Do you ever not sh*t post?

New market game mode.

Every class except druid can purchase mage tower tokens for whatever skins all the people are currently angry about.

Those tokens are sold to goblin played character brokers for gold. Druids can acquire those tokens, through designing houses (including all the furniture stuff) that they either farm in game, or buy via auction, and put those blueprints back on the goblin market for the rest of us to buy. This is like an Azerothian IKEA. The Goblins then get Blizzard Shop tokens that are converted into random fast food gift cards IRL every month, that they can distribute to those in need, or keep for themselves. The IRL greed to altruism ratio will determine how long they can remain in-game goblins and are forced to become druids.

Druids get to one shot everyone in PVP and access to private pet battles in their WoW basements that use special weakAura add ons.

“No thanks, I’m not interested. I’ll just use the huge variety of options available in game”

So predatory.
