Your game time and TL level on the forums are not the same.
Images and clickable links are restricted until you reach trust level 3 on the forums.
To build your TL level you have to read some many threads and new topics, provide a few likes, etc. Most of this is detailed in a sticky thread on General. The TL can decay over 100 days, so it is something you have to keep up over time.
The same thread details how you can post links, but not click links.
Some sites are marked as safe by Blizzard, but I do not have a list of those links. If it is marked as restricted, then it is not marked as safe.
