Just came back after a 2 month break and wanted to transfer my wotlk character. Says I have mail in my mailbox but I have nothing. Tried all the fixes in the forums that I’ve seen and nothing works.

You need to put in a ticket. Support Forum Agents no longer have permissions to clear mail from a forum thread.

Yeah their ticket sadly told me to go to the website and do all of the common fixes anyone would have tried before opening a ticket. Submitted another one though so who knows.
That’s the singular auto-reply they use when ticket times are crazy-high, so don’t worry! As long as you reopened it (or opened a new one and added the ticket number from the previous one), they’ll get you taken care of.
