My level 56 Mage can’t begin the Shadowlands campaign, now matter how many times I switch back and forth the Shadowlands Chromie timeline. I see other people have had this issue as well and there hasn’t even been a real fix or solution, other than just telling people to share the intro quest from a friend (I have no one to do that with)
Have you turned on Trivial Quests in your minimap tracker?

Tried that, nothing. None of the NPC’s related to beginning the quest are in Orgrimmar regardless.
What quests does the Mage have in their quest log?
Could you be phased to the Legion intro or some other expansion starting quest?
What NPCs do you see if you go outside the gate into Durotar?

I think your mage is on a quest which phases the area and makes the NPCs not be there.
