I can’t speak to whether it is bugged (my current characters are stuck at the campaign stage) but the Tarragrue is a weird fight. I believe you need to clear all 4 trash mobs for the anima cells to deal full damage, and those mobs have stupid high health
Not strictly necessary though I imagine it makes the fight easier. I typically only kill the first one and grab the no stun power. It is very nice they aren’t random anymore! If I’m not in a rush I’ll kill one more for the increased damage and healing power up.
Honestly the hardest part of the whole raid is the mobs with chains before the giant eyeball. They are very hard to drag down solo since you get pulled off so easily, and it takes ages for the chains to actually hit you. I can swap to Balance Druid at least, but honestly not sure how non-ranged classes can do it.
I’ll work on gearing my paladin up more it was just Odd I was able to do Dragonflight raids and shadowlands is lower so was confusing me why I was doing less damage. Thanks for all the replies. He’s only 568 Ilvl , Wish I could do it on my 615 characters 
but no way to skip the campaign and dont feel like doing it again lol
I’d like to do it again. Sadly it’s bugged out atm for high levels though, lol
yepppp the whole reason I’m stuck doing it on my paladin in the first place lol, I dont think it will ever get changed either seems to have been around for awhile
I very much would like to know how you are soloing Dragonflight normal on a 568ilvl character.
