Just opened my weekly vault. Got a bracers with a 3rd stat. trying to use the spatial realignment apparatus on it. After it says do you wish to upgrade the item, nothing happens, the spatial realignment item still is in my inventory. Does anyone know if it has anything to do with the 3rd stat as this is so unclear.
