I don’t mean to necro an old thread however something I have discovered; if you carry on through the very start of the intro until you are about to embark on the ship at the dock, you can go back to the worg rider you would normally skip the scenario at and the option is miraculously there if previously it was missing. This is the case for me as of 1/22/2021 at least.
