Hey, I completed all the main campaign for the cape on my Main warlock, in I log onto my warrior who already started doing some of it same with paladin I go to quest guy in he does not have a option for cape just the Transmog vendor Also on the quest What doesn’t see you I Can’t click on the portal I to go into the phase I even disable all add Ons

For subsequent characters, you can either choose to do the entire Patch 11.2 storyline again or skip the storyline, but skipping the storyline will add an extra step for obtaining the Reshii Wraps. The campaign skip for alts becomes available after completing the Phase Diving introduction and earning the achievement Become a Hero. Become a Phasediver!
The Patch 11.2 Questline Skip: This becomes available immediately following the completion of the second Patch 11.2 quest, Return to the Veiled Market. Skipping this storyline will NOT reward players with Reshii Wraps - You will automatically get a new quest, A Skip Through the Void. This quest will direct you to Hashim at Overlook Zo’Shuul in K’aresh, who will have a dialogue option, “I need new Reshii Wraps”. Skipping the 11.2 questline also skips the aforementioned Phase Diving questline, allowing Reshii Wraps upgrades as soon as you obtain your cloak.

first make SURE you do ALL the purple quests…in K’aresh–the non-campaign ones, purple until you get that achieve hero+phase walker…then if you bring your alt in, and cancel the cinematic, you will CANCEL the skip quest. Because everyone always watches cinematics they’ve already seen before…t
