Recently I’ve tried to acquire the Heroic Mail Recolor for a mog I’m working on, however every time I run a legion dungeon on heroic it doesn’t give me the recolor just the normal/mythic appearance. I don’t know if I’m missing something, but I could really appreciate some help here I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. D;

I am having the exact same problem looking for the heroic plate version of the legion dungeon sets. I have opened a ticket. It seems like the recolors have just been removed from the game for some reason? I assume it has to be an accident

Exactlyyy, I don’t understand why. I have a ticket opened too but it takes so long for them respond lol
