I’m stuck at: Continue the campaign by accepting the quest “The Calvary is Here” in Isle of Dorn. There is no quest to get. I submitted a ticket with no response. Help me.

When I go there, there is no quest to get or anything.
from looks of it you did not do the delve or that the achievement is not upto date
sorry can’t help further because you’re alliance so I can’t party / sync with you
I have completed a couple of them
In case you are still stuck, I was having the same issue. It shows up for me as a lower level quest and the NPC does not have a quest icon above their head.
Baelgrim is standing just behind Queensguard Zirix at the Proscenium.
