you were meant to follow khadgar into the halls… you should be on the other side of the boulders.
do you still have the “kill your hundred” quest in your log?
if so, drop it and pick it up again… and this time follow the npcs when it gets to 99.

No I don’t still have that quest in my log. Turned it in . Khadgar and all other npcs are just standing there where the pool of water is leading up to tunnel with boulders.Talk to npc’s they all say “goodbye”.
Carry on past the garrison to the harbour see if Velen is there waiting for you.
I believe you are thinking of something different perhaps ? I was in a cave killed some dogs, escorted a daeni to safety. I’m stuck at the part where there is a tunnel full of boulders . You walk up to it it gives name “Umbral”.
I did that Symbioserous. There are no npc’s visible at all.

go here, look at the comments, find which quest was the last one you completed.

Yes. I did that quest . I’m wandering if maybe I killed them to fast now. My alt is level 50. But it’s after that quest , I’m now stuck and there are no other quests available to progress. Yes, I rescued Yrel.

have you got “trivial quests” enabled on the minimap?
Kill the 100 was the last quest . It was after I arrived at this area of water leading up to Umbral tunnel with boulders and now stuck.
but… rescue yrel is in the umbral halls, after kill your 100.

That makes 2 of us being confused. I looked for the trivial quest option, but saw none on map. I installed world quest tracker . It shows quest to start garrison quest to open garrison, but no npc’s are visible. Where would the trivial option be usually?
I have this vague recollection that the questgiver is actually at the water or on the side of the hill for Alliance, and that the map marking is off.
