???
I have another problem, I find anything but arms incredibly boring. Prot, boring, fury, boring. Arms still boring bt at least feels fun to press buttons.
That’s called off-meta lol.
And yes more people should stop being meta sheep and hating on off-meta. Lol
I always say you get new meta from off meta.
I’ve had my main be a warrior since bc. Only other toons I enjoy playing are my obliterate frost dk, and my bear tank. Stick to what you enjoy as you pay your sub.
never been able to stick to less than 4 classes in a patch tbh.
I feel like i would stagnate super hard, especially with the speed of gearing. I would actually be forced to mythic raid instead of just doing M+ lmao.
My /played on this account, this warrior, is 400+ days, and none of my alts matter, by comparison. I actually leveled my newest toon, an Evoker, before the warrior. It was just so new and fun. But, after I started q’ing at 70 — NOPE!
I went and got Appo, my main. All felt right again. I know every talent, every ability, all the interactions between them. So, there’s the familiarity - sure.
Where the warrior shines over every other class, is in what I think of as “selfish utility.” Sure, a pally can bubble - but then what? Many toons have an “oh shiz” button - but the warrior has so many “Oh yeah?” buttons. Kicks, stuns, fear, leap, charge… just play a DK and waddle around for a while, you’ll know how good you have it. LOL
Warrior’s specs NEED love, NO DOUBT. But, from my very first toon, to this one, I’ll never be anything but a “warrior main.” Anything else is just substandard.
Nice, I’d be interested in checking it out.
Depends on what you mean by “better” because literally single minded fury is a dps loss in every pve scenario compared to titans grip, numbers do not lie.
There’s a reason not a single high end player is playing SMF in any difficult pve content
I’ve had a SMF build for a hot minute and it does 10k+ more than any meta build with TG I have played.
I don’t understand it, but I love it.
That is user error. Feel free to look at the wowhead guide to get a better grasp at the warrior rotation.
I have 90+ parses for my ilvl.
I do the rotation very well, have mained this class since it dawned.
Have had many legendary parses over the years, I had 447 1h weapons, compared to 420 2h weapons, so that is more than likely where my damage is going.
I obtained ashkandur, and a 437 crafted weapon last night, and my damage is slightly higher now. The Fury rotation is incredibly easy to master and understand. Not difficult, especially with season 3 anni build coming up.
Also, the WoWhead guide has been proven multiple times to be obselete in many cases. I use method, or talk to high rated warriors such at Critcake. They normally have better advice than most “guides”.
Ilvl parses don’t mean anything, I could equip quest greens and parse 100s since no one else is in that bracket.
Experience from prior expansions are meaningless as the class went through multiple changes.
So your previous claim was disingenuous.
With just a quick look at one of you heroic and normal parses I can see you do not understand it, you caste Spear of bastion before even being enraged so you miss out on a ton of mastery damage, only 86% enrage uptime which is incredibly low when we have tenderize. Missing potential reck/ravager casts via unnecessary delay.
Do you ever sim or use any website that use sim data? Cause fun fact the guy who writes the guides is the one making the warrior sim. Dude knows what’s up.
You don’t even properly follow the opener set by Danwar in his guide.
The method guide also recommends simming stat weights dude, stat weights are useless.
Critcake recommends the wowhead guide lmao.
Yeah what this person said
Sure, you can be better at smf vs tg but that does not make smf the better choice than tg.
TG just does more damage on paper and players who care about min/maxing should be playing TG
I felt the same way. Then I learned DH. Took me a long time from the charge and smash mentality to a more dash and kite play-style. Super fun and mobile. I love my imprison, vault, hunt combo. I do prefer my DH more.
Yes, I have 14 warriors at or above level 50 atm for whenever a new warrior mog comes out that I want and need more rolls on
