The ‘form’ in which it would save them money is by retaining subscriptions of Era players who won’t have to quit the game due to a bugged experience.
Bring back boat mounting, and Stormrend while you’re at it.

Mounting on boats was never possible in vanilla, but it was possible in classic even though it shouldn’t have been, so I assume the change was intentional, though it feels way too late to be changing this.

Maintenance and bug fixes, fine.
If the bug fix is so prominent that it inadvertently necessitates a version change, fine.
Intentionally changing game mechanics and/or UI elements/features, NOT fine.
Dismounting players on ships/zeps is a bug FIX. A very belated one as the bug has been around for 5 long years
