i stuck at lvl 40 in mining in bc content it says i have things to learn but they are too high a lvl for me to learn currently and all my current ability in mining area all gray I have Available and Unavailable Checked in the filter

you need to mine adamantite ore

As Yindar said - Just to add specifically: Adamantite ore is what you need to focus on, and then somewhere in the 60’s you’ll need to focus on rich adamantite. The best place to farm/level is Nagrand. GL!
