Can't log into Battle.net app, stuck on connecting

I can’t log into the Battle.net app or WoW Classic, but I can log into the site to post this. Realms are up. What’s going on?

Gona need a bit more help here what error messages are you getting.

Are you getting an error message at all or is it just not connecting? If you haven’t done so yet, try rebooting.

I tried rebooting and it’s stuck on connecting. My login information works though. I just can’t connect to your servers using the app.

If those don’t help, you might be better off posting in the Tech Support forums or reaching out to Tech Support directly via a ticket.

I fixed it. My internet went down in my neighborhood this afternoon and something messed up my modem’s connection to the outside. Even though I had internet and was able to connect to this site, the tracert tool said everything timed out past the modem. Doing a factory reset on it solved the problem. Tracert was able to connect to us.battle.net after that. WoW is back online.
