On patch day he had a question mark over his head but I did not pick up the quest. Today, none of my characters can interact with him. Kind of early for such a bug, eh, you hardworking devs?
Did you actually finish the quest chain before trying to pick it up on an alt? That worked for me.
None of my characters can even see the question mark over his head. I whispered a person standing next to Dagran and ask if he could seet. He said he had seen it, gotten the quest, and completed it. None of my characters can even see anything over Dagran’s head
Try checking the “Suggested Content” tab and see if it’s hiding in there. That’s where I found the starting quest.
look in your quest log, you might actually be on the 2nd part of the quest and not know it
