Cant go to Drustvar

So i got a quest in my covenant zone to go to Drustvar but my character havent done bfa content so i cant get there ive done like 2 hours of questing in zaldazar and try to get there but it wasnt sucefully accomplish, ive read that there should be a portal aside ysera but i cant see any portal

you may need to enable “trivial quest” tracking, via the minimap.

• Go talk to Nathanos at the port in Zuldazar
• He sends you back to Sylvanas to the the Stormwind Extraction scenario
• After completing the scenario do the follow up quests until it asks you to choose a zone to level in Zandalar
• Go back to the boat and talk to Nathanos, he should have a quest to start the war campaign in Kul Tiras, choose Drustvar and talk to a couple people on boat, and you should be able to talk to the admiral and sail there
