Can't even do keys on main anymore. Fresh name change but no armory update for days

Profile isn't updating

Can’t seem to get my profile to update with the current gear I am wearing, I’ve tried everything including what the FAQ told me to do log out and back in for 10 mins… Still showing me in my pvp gear and I’m wearing my PVE gear. I need it to update for Raider IO
