Dropping back in to note that my problem cleared up after 14 hours (I logged in earlier today and was able to play for a while until I logged off on my own). I didn’t use the cache fix, but I did do a windows update restart before I tried to log in (Windows had pushed an update that I didn’t know about until I opened my task tray). So it might be worth looking to see if you have an outstanding update on windows 10 as part of your troubleshooting.
