Seems to me like they knew to fix the issue they would have to restart everything and didn’t want to ruin the experience of other people who could log in. not fair in my opinion. on arguably one of 4 or 5 of the most important content release days in the expansion they failed players miserably. Blizzard definitely lost a TON of my respect for this one!
