Still bugged as of 12/02/2024. The Frostdrake is perpetually stunned, and the flame walls pushing down the bridge keep pinning me up between the ruins and the wind wall, have to Soar to get out of it.

I had to open a ticket because I got stuck in emerald dream state even after dropping quest.
