Mage quarter bonus objective with portals is always 5/5 and I can’t go through the portal to kill the last boss. This has been stuck like this for a few weeks rotations now…

Can corroborate this bug. First ran into this issue approximately 2-ish weeks ago, submitted multiple bug reports. Attempting the Horrific Visions again today, bug is still present, preventing a full-clear.

It hit live servers! I’m unable to complete because of the same bug, and plus i got disconected every end of run, having to use the unstucker

This is crazy that this was posted 22d ago and now its on live server and im affected by the same bug now. ;/
A pattern I saw with people seeing these issues so far is that they died and procced the cheat death from the sanity restoration orb at some point in the run. Is that consistent with all of you as well? I’ve cleared Umbric multiple times today and not ran in to this issue, but I also haven’t died or lost sanity at all.
I’ve not used any cheat death or sanity orb proc. But I did die on Magister on an earlier run, and its been bugged since then.
Same - I died on Magister on a previous run, and now I cannot get the teleporter to take me to his room in any subsequent runs - logging off, joining a group with a different person as lead, nothing fixes it.
I haven’t died to anything in any run so far today and this bug has been stopping me from completing the first of the masks. It’s very annoying and need to be hot-fixed pronto.

I’ve seen it as well - 5/5 closed void portals, died to magister because of sanity loss, and now I’m not able to get back to magister. Game says 5/5 portals are closed, even when they are not.
Same bug here. Can’t clear that area
Seems to be character specific. Just went in on my alt and the bug was not there
Also having this problem. I partially completed it was running low on sanity so after closing all 5 portals decided to kill end boss and exit instead of finishing. Now I can’t get through the portal at top of mage tower.
Just happened to me, I closed the 5 portals but i had to quit mid run, so I left the instance group and after that I can’t go through the portal anymore with my character
You might be able to fix yourself up if you can find a buddy who isn’t bugged. Go in as a group and have them go into the bugged area before you. Complete it and it might fix you up on future solo runs.
I’m seeing a similar problem in Stormwind but the Dwarven District
Even in new run, the bonus objective instantly goes to “Defeat Therum” but there is no boss, even if I click on all the explosives, it never spawns the boss
Still stuck on Mage Quarter.
Open the door, 5/5 void already down, never have ability to use portal to access umbris despite full clearing all the mobs.
So at the time, i did not have access to the cheat-death option. I just died, run was concluded, and I ended up at the start.
ALSO, UPDATE: New Horrific Visions, was able to complete Umbric objective. Went back to Old Horrific Vision. Still bugged.
