I have the epic edition. The items on the vendor say they require the epic edition in red as if I don’t have it, but I clearly do as I am using the Light-Infused Rotunda, and all the paintings as part of my home currently. So… what am I missing? Why can’t I buy more copies?
This sounds like it could simply be a bug. I would suggest creating a post in the bug report forum so that people become aware of it and can fix it.

Well that hotfix hasn’t worked for me at least. The epic edition decor is still red to me and says it’s locked if I try to buy. I bug reported it with the in-game system.

Have you logged out since the hotfix dropped? Sometimes that’s needed.
Just getting an update now so let’s see if that does it.
EDIT: Nope. Even with the update and relog, I still can’t buy the decor.
Argh. Time for a ticket, I guess.

Game Masters cannot assist with this. If the hotfix failed to correct the issue then reporting it in the Bug Report forum is the best way to let our QA team know.
It is possible that since the hotfix was applied to live realms that the realms need to restart before the change will apply, so we may not know for certain until maintenance.

I should have been clearer and said bug report.
Nevertheless, it’s confusing to see an official list of hotfixes and then not see the fixes in the game.
Is there anything GMs can assist with? It seems very often players are told “GMs can’t help with that” and we’re sent to the forums instead.
mainly billing and account issues, most in game stuff there hands off due to dev rules.

A Game Master may be able to assist with a number of account, purchase, technical and game related issues, but not everything that a player may encounter and almost never an active bug. The only exception is if they’ve been given specific procedures to do so. If that is the case there is usually a Support Article that says… If you are experiencing this, contact support.
I did a spotlight on what GMs can and cannot assist with that gives a bit of an outline.

Just an FYI I am now ABLE to buy the decor! So anyone else with the issue should check again!
it is broken again for me, only item able to be bought is the xal’atath painting, all other items say “requires epic edition” which I do have.

Then post in the bug forums vrak and orlyia have gone home for the nite and they would tell u the same thing,
