Says internal error
How long ago did u buy the boost.

I bought Midnight Base Edition on 9th Jan which should includes a boost. Then I bought one month of game hours last night. But it kept saying internal error even with all plugins off and I tried creating a new character, but it still doesn’t work at all.
Ok open a purchase failure ticket and explain the situation.
Internal error can indicate that account management does not currently think you can have a max level character, and your game time purchase last night either is still pending or failed. Did you check your account history to see if the game time applied?

It worked now. Thx! I think it could be the subscription issue that it didn’t sync.
