As the title says. I boosted this character and I went back to do Legion content to unlock the AR and I want to see the Class Hall. I was able to do the Argus questline and others, but when I go to Dalaran I get the storm elemental that takes me to Thrall. He tells me he has something important to tell me but when I click on him there is nothing to click there. Nor is the portal at Krasus Landing. Not sure what to do to get there.
Can't get Shaman Class Hall Start quest/Dalaran Hearthstone - #2 by Axis-lightbringer I found this link that might help to someone else who was having that exact issue, they mentioned going to sw docks and managed to find the guy after a few reloads.
