Has anyone ever tried to click on the little box at the top right of the screen in game that says 'You have received a Ticket Response, click here to view??'
Because it doesn’t seem to open for me. I click it, and a window opens in the middle of the screen, freezing the game, with a white circle spinning around in the middle of it, like it is trying to load something, but if I sit there for 20 minutes, it never opens…
Is this how it should work, or is it just more Blizzard buggy server administration??

Try changing your DNS in Windows to either 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1, because some people have had problems loading webpages in the game and this helped.
