We have a guild member who heals in our M+ group. Since last tier she has been unable to trade any loot she receives from the chest at the end of the M+ dungeon, with anyone. We have had her:
- Disable all addons
- Rename Cache and WTF folder
- Run Repair
This last dungeon we just ran was a +11 Altar of Fangs. She currently has equipped Yoke of the Charging Bear Item Level 315, Upgrade Level Hero 4/6. The neck piece she is wanting to trade to the tank is Strand of Warding Fangs Item Level 311, Upgrade Level Hero 3/6.
The neck piece the tank has equipped is Serpentine Talisman Item Level 308, Upgrade Level Champion 6/6.
As soon as she opened the chest at the end of the dungeon, the neck piece showed as “soulbound”. She did NOT equip the neck piece.
We had a rogue and mage in the same group. The rogue got the same neck piece out of chest and was able to trade to the mage with no problem at all.
Anyone have any ideas how to rectify this? Or has anyone had this happen to them or someone they know?
