I was playing early access and the game suddenly refused to let me enter a lvl 2 Delv.
I was trapped in it’s entryway with no way out. /reload, hearthing, didn’t work. I logged out and tried to log back in, but now it refuses to load and says “A Character With That Name Already Exists”. It also doesn’t list a location for my character on the selection list.
Has anyone else encountered this?
Wait a while until the server drops the old connection or check you don’t have another instance of the game open in another window. If so, close that.
Happens all the time. Logging in on a different character can sometimes speed up the process.
