Hi folks, I’ve recently returned to WoW and I wanted to start farming the Nightfall scenario in Hallowfall with the Flame’s Radiance to get the really nice armor pieces, but I’ve run up against a problem, I don’t get the weekly that gives me the currently to purchase the gear! From my searching, I’ve seen that the Flame’s Radiance Recruiter in Dornogal is meant to give me the “A Radiant Call” quest that then leads to me unlocking the weekly, but for me they are just standing in front of the Inn. I have completed the Recap experience and done the Bran skip, so I don’t know what is stopping me from getting this quest. I have done the event twice now, and while fun, I would like to figure this out to give me something to do during Midnight!
Oop, didn’t realize I made this post originally with a low level character, I promise I actually am level 82 currently and did all of the campaign (AFAIK).
I don’t have an answer, but I am also having this issue. On my main I don’t have the quest available and cannot figure out how to get it to trigger. I tried doing the campaign skip on an alt and the Flame’s Radiance Recruiter is there with the quest for them. Any insight from anyone on getting this unlocked on my main is greatly appreciated!
I put in a ticket in-game to cover all bases, and received a flat out “Customer Support does not provide game hints, ect. ect.” copy past response. Pretty discouraging, but I am holding out some hope that this post will get someone to help.
I just checked on my alt, and the quest IS available there! Now we need to figure out why not for our mains!

OKAY, it appears that if you meet the requirements on your “main” or whomever does it first, you don’t get the quest UNTIL you have an alt pick up the quest (and possibly complete it?). Then, your main should be able to go straight to Mylton Wyldbraun and grab “The Flame Burns Eternal”, bypassing the recruiter.
This doesn’t fix the bug, but now you can get all of the good rewards at least. I hope this helps someone out!
Also ran into this issue on my main after finishing Midnight and then going back to complete War Within. I have yet to get the npc to give me the quest to start unlocking the faction and give the weekly quest. Currently trying to finish Undermine and K’aresh now as they are the last two zones with shield icon story markers according to BtWQuests as I’ve compelted the others.
I would really like to know the requirements to get the npc to give you the quest as it seems broken since Midnight pre-patch from the others.
Whats odd for me is I saw the qst there and left it decided to go back and do it now that I have downtime and I dont see it for a single character on my account.
I’m having the same issue with the quest being missing and just like @Vynedara, i saw the quest on the map before as well during pre-patch and now its gone.
Just posting in case anyone else had the same issue bc i was confused too lol:
If you’ve finished TWW campaign (or even before then i think) and have access to the dailies in dornogal but don’t see the quest, go to Hallowfall and travel to the far left side and talk to mylton wyldbraun where the world quest ‘nightfall’ is. He had a bunch of dailies there I couldn’t see lol.
I just wanted to confirm this is an issue for me as well. I did not play the last season of TWW and i would like to get the transmogs. I did the introduction quests but im only offered the dailies which do not provide currency for the vendor. Maybe some day ill level an alt but i prefer to play on my main
