I have two mail messages stuck in my inbox in which I receive a “You can’t delete that,” message when attempting to delete. Items have long since been pulled from the messages so this is not an issue of any kind of unique item issue.
This issue is blocking a realm transfer I’ve been wanting to complete for days now and the typical ticket response team is prolonging this process exponentially. This looks to be a mail database issue on the Blizzard side so would really like to just have these two mail messages deleted so that I can complete my transfer.
A ticket was previously opened in which I received a standard response around unique items. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
