im trying to create a new account for my son and it keeps telling me “cannot process request at this time” that their way of saying we dont want new players getting all our games at black friday prices?
That generally indicates that you are trying to create an account for someone under the age of 13, as noted in the following Support Article.
Children under 13 are not able to have an account in their name, their parents must create the account in their name instead, with Parental controls.
You may need to clear your browser’s cookies and cache to begin again.
