When I try to connect to my WOW acct., I get either error WOW51900319 or WOW51900328. Most of the time I don’t even get into choosing my toon. Always disconnects just before that area. It’s been an issue since the last patch or 2. I can log into other games with no problems, just Shadowlands is my issue. Sometimes I’ll try up to 15 times and then it might connect. I tried the WinMTR and posted the results and was told that it might be my ISP. But if that’s the case, wouldn’t it affect all my servers and games? Haven’t been able to play in a long time. I thought maybe I had a virus stopping me, but I wiped my computer and just finished downloading WOW and Diablo Immortal so far. And still I can’t connect to WOW.
Connect via a VPN. It that works then it’s most likely your DNS.
If it doesn’t work its ensure your Router Firewall and Windows Firewall are disabled. You can enable sh!t back once you confirm what the issue is.
