Cannot complete “Taming Eastern Kingdoms" achievement

In Classic MOP I have defeated Bill Buckler, Steven Lisbane, and Eric Davidson but they are not counting on the achievement “Taming Eastern Kingdoms” I have completed the BattlePet quest chain and have the new quest chain for outlands, but no achievement completion. Does anyone have a workaround? Thanks

OP, have you tried putting this in the bug forum?

Sadly since you got caught in the bug that was the fix for the bug we got at the START of Throne of Thunder you may have to bug report and ticket
