Cannot change main control bar on new character

Hello, I tried to create a new character and the import does not work nor can I move or highlight my action bar to change it. This is only on creating a new character. All my other characters do not have this issue. I tried to import settings from my other characters and that does not fix it either.

Same here. Except its not a new character, its my main. Just got home from work and my per-established ui settings are back to default, and i cannot move my action bars. like they dont highlight for me to move. All my other characters work just fine.

Try going to the [WoW folder]\_retail_\WTF\Account\[your account]\[realm]\[character] folder Rename/move somewhere else the files starting with: flagged-cache layout-local Addons It may be a character-by-character thing or use an Explorer Search/Delete but best to check on a single character first.
