I got exalted with both Huojin Pandaren and Darkspear Trolls on this character; and the NPCs that sell the mounts don’t even have the option to browse.
Am I just being stupid and they’ve changed who sells them? Or is it an issue with Evoker?
Did you check the filters.

Can’t even check those as I don’t have the option to open the buying window with either NPC. I forget the name of the Troll, but the Pandaren is Turtlemaster Odai or something along those lines. She acts as if I’m not exalted. Very confusing.
My next suggestion would be a full UI reset.

Tried that and it’s still the same. I’d like to know if any other Evoker is having this issue, but I doubt any have bothered to get rep with the city factions yet.
If Blizz wants screencaps as proof, I have them.
I just want to buy the mounts I don’t have. >.<
To be fair, most folks would have gotten these before Evokers became a thing. Not to mention how easy it is to grind out rep. With the new Blood Knight ensemble, I didn’t have a paladin of appropriate level let alone rep at that time. It’s crazy easy to grind up any of the old rep with the tabard and some heroic dungeon runs, I did it in a few hours, I think it was? So if you’re having the issue with it being an Evoker, I would suggest in the meantime just knocking out the rep on another character that is one of the base races if you’ve got one.

Yeah I know; this is not my original account as I deleted it a couple years back and very much regret that decision. I was just going for Ambassador on this character and started with the reps I currently don’t have the mounts for. At least these are counting for the achievement I guess…
But this is still an issue and needs to be sorted out. I just got exalted with the Goblins and again cannot buy the mounts.
Have you filed a bug report about not being able to buy them?
I can try to get the rep on my Horde Evoker and see what happens, but it might take me a while.
I’ve currently got a open ticket about it. Not sure if I used the right category though.
That’s okay, I don’t expect anyone to go get exalted just to see if it’s a Evoker issue, haha. I’m guessing it is though.
A ticket won’t be able to help, it does indeed sound like a bug. If you haven’t already, make a post in the Bug forum or use the in game bug report feature (menu - support - submit feedback or bug report)

Yeah realized that just now, haha. Cancelled the ticket and submitted a bug report. For some reason I was being an idiot and couldn’t find the option to do so originally.
Ah well okay, any information on this would be useful!
