lets not lie to ourselves, they’ve opened like 8 more realms since the servers launched and many people have been sitting in queues for 5+ hours. I was in queue for 4ish hours, played to 6, got dc’d with a bunch of others (asmon and such, check twitch) are back in 20k+ queues.
i’m on a ‘newer’ realm, incendius.

Exactly why Blizzard should not create too many servers even with all the queue times. I’d imagine many people will be like this guy. I bit of adversity and he turn tail and runs.

They warned that there would be queues. Hate to beak it to you, even computers have their limits. But keep complaining about something Blizzard cant fix.
Launch went pretty smooth. One disconnect on my realm shortly after servers opened. Mildly annoying lag until the bulk of people made it out of the starting area. I guess there were long queues for awhile after launch, but after logging just a little bit ago i checked to see how long the wait was, out of curiosity. There wasnt one.
Im going to guess the people complaining here decided to stay on the 3 big servers Blizzard has been warning about since day one of character creation.

Nope. I switched to Incidius. Every one of my friends sat in 8k+ queues. 2 of us just got dc’d after we leveled to 6 and now we’re back to a lower queue.
All the servers have queues and are shlt right now. Blizzard did not properly anticipate demand.

Blizzard has been very straight forward about how long it was going to take. You shouldn’t be surprised.

Started trying to get into Incendius 30 minutes before launch, sat in 6k queue that lasted ~4hrs. Got to play for about an hour then got booted and put into a 9k queue which has said it’s an hour long for the last 30 minutes. If previous experience is any indication it will be around 6 hours. #fun

That’s exactly what happened to me. I set an alarm for an hour. I’m gonna nap for a bit and check back every hour. God speed to us.
You paid. You lose the $15. Begging for something back you used is pretty pathetic.
We’ll enjoy it. And you’re not every fringe player, child. Quit thinking because a handful pat you on the back that’s the majority or even a large portion.

Blizzard has stated, repeatedly, there will be very, very long queues and folks should consider moving to a new server. That you didn’t do that is up to you and anyone else complaining about it.

They’re banking on losing fringe players. Fringe players are the reason we have a queue.
