Decided to try Dragonflight, but I guess you just can’t recapture what was lost.
The levelling was fine. I liked most of it, but the timey wimey stuff at the end really didn’t cut it. Time stories are very difficult to do right.
Was kind of overwhelmed by all the difference currencies. Plus where to turn them all in.
I liked the new professions. I know a lot don’t. I think they are much more involved.
I don’t like that the game still is elite or die. If WoW wants endgame to be the gear treadmill, non-elites need to be able to get gear. Make them work hard for it, but make it available. Not gated behind M+/Raiding. I know a lot disagree with that. And a lot agree. WoW has made its choice.
Dungeons are fun. Quests are fun.
But I just can’t seem to get invested.
Oh well. I won’t be missed.
Blizz asked for feedback. There it is.

No, they didn’t. There is a survey when you quit for you to provide feedback. They do not recommend posting feedback on the forums at any point during the cancellation process.

Weird to give money to a company that presented an issue that caused you to go the the BBB and state attorneys.

Actually, they do mention forums, but what they say is that you can find an answer to problems in the forums if that is the reason you quitting.
However, they clearly dont read GD.
My AI support companion my psychologist say I should use to avoid antagonizing sensitive people told me this:

They do. The new worgen ability coming to them was suggested in GD along with a few other things.
The BBB is pretty much worthless and has no authority. And since we have not heard anything about State Attorneys taking action against Blizz, outside of the CA business…we can assume the OP is lying, lost, or was ignored.
