This is like that woman calling 911 cuz some store refused to let her in since she wouldn’t wear a mask. Police told her if she wouldn’t mask, they’ll come to arrest her.
Too bad they can’t arrest irresponsible irrelevant customer service harassment.
And she was “angry” because the police had not said that to her before. So she intentionally instigates situations, spews totally false “legal” arguments for it to intimidate staff, then calls the cops. I know this is a stressful year and some people have lost their patience and maybe tact, but sometimes I think it crosses into being mentally unwell.
Never blame front line staff for the policies and actions of their engineers, product developers, managers, local mayors, whatever.
Is it so hard to be respectful and nice? Poor pizza order girl on the phone last night got really worried when I questioned the 3 dollar price difference from the menu and website. She thought I would fight her and asked if I wanted the manager. No, not on a busy Sat night! If I want to discuss it, I will do so calmly later. The menu says prices subject to change with no notice. I won’t take it out on her or the local manager for a chain. She was expecting to be attacked and it made me sad
Customer service can be whatever they want it to be.
It could just not be at all! It’s not even required.
It’s better to focus on what you like, rather than what you don’t.

Lumpty, the game is really buggy right now. It will probably be buggy for awhile yet so it’s not just you.
It is frustrating, too. A lot of people seem to have lost a lot of things lately.
All I can suggest is to put in a ticket for your lost items and then be patient because there are so very many tickets now.
If this is about the Hallows End holiday event, put in a ticket and let them know.
A lot of people are going through the same thing. I’m not even going to bother with the event myself this time.
Anyway, if you leave, I hope you find fun wherever you go. We’ll leave a light on for you should you decide to return.

The forums can be a place to find good help. Another place is wowhead.com and, after you find the thing you’re looking for, you scroll down to the comments tab, you’ll find lots of good insight from folks who have been where you’ve been.
I, for one, will always try to help here. It is not an insult or a deflect to be told to look at wowhead. Lots of good info there, from many people here who have already shared.
I think it will be fixed sooner.
We are looking at a permanent fix imo and it is why it will get fixed sooner than previous squishes…
