You missed the ENTIRE point! These are the points:
All anti-boxers statements don’t apply to the MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game). Why? It’s SIMPLE. Because all GROUPS/PARTIES have an unfair advantage against one person playing one account that isn’t grouped.
It isn’t ONLY subscriptions of multiboxers that are lost when there are unnecessary restrictions placed on one type of group in the MMORPG. The game sees less competition in it which causes players to leave. This was a direct result of the psychology that happened to the live streamers that hate multiboxers and got Blizzard to restrict the multiboxing game play style. After they felt they’d “won” they got bored and left the game to FFXIV where ironically multiboxers don’t have restrictions. Would you like to explain that one?
Blizzard explained for 16 years that a group without multiboxers is no different in terms of unfairness than a multiboxing group versus one person playing one account that isn’t grouped. It wasn’t until most of the management of Blizzard changed that this mentality changed which caused less competition in turn caused most to leave the game to another one that had lots of competition and things to do in it.
When Blizzard puts unnecessary restrictions on the multiboxing play style, they LIE about why they did it. For example, when /follow as removed from battlegrounds, Blizzard stated it was because of bots. This statement was released a day after the /follow command was removed in a patch which wasn’t mentioned in the patch notes because ONE DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR of PvP which was newly hired removed it because he was killed by a multiboxer in a battleground. That removal was not mentioned in the patch notes because he didn’t tell anyone he had done it. When the patch was released, all kinds of confusion ensued. Tickets opened asking was this intentional. It wasn’t until the following day that Blizzard was “FORCED” to lie about why the removal had been done.
Another LIE occurred during the restriction of software used by multiboxers to broadcast mouse and keys. The fact is that live streamers who openly hated multiboxers had gotten together to make a case to Blizzard management to have input broadcasting software removed. Blizzard then openly stated a LIE to the playerbase that the reason it was changed was due to bots. - The point to all of this is that your reflection of the statements made by Blizzard within the last few years are from Blizzard employees that don’t recognize that all groups are unfair to ONE PERSON PLAYING ONE ACCOUNT THAT ISN’T GROUPED. It’s identical to multiboxing having that unfair advantage. The moment you place unnecessary restrictions on the multiboxing play style, you simply LOSE BUSINESS! You don’t gain anything. Contrary to your lack of providing any evidence, the company loses business.
Once again! THIS IS NOT THE ENTIRE LIST! I stop here because if I continue on for 15 more paragraphs of the reasons that people don’t understand why “THIS GAME IS DEAD” type messages appear all over forums is very simple. The gaming company ends up causing their own demise by placing unnecessary restrictions on one type of game play without ever realizing the consequences to the entire player base. Even YOU who has a hatred for one type of game play, multiboxing, don’t even understand WHY!
Sounds like you’re angry as most on these forums that your game has reduced in size to its former glory. The worst part is you don’t know why your game has been reduced. The irony…
FFXIV openly allows multiboxing. Play that instead. You really dont need to spam the forums with why you are leaving.
No hes a multiboxer and Blizz changed the drop loot system a while back so now multiboxers get next to nothing when they run.
Im way better multiboxer than he. At least I did arenas on my 4 shammy set. Sometimes had a priest with me too in 5s. But the priest was my irl friend. The 4 shams were me and I used to box AV and AB lots too. I quit doing it about a decade or so ago. And I only ever did 4 accounts. I hate these boxers who have full raid groups and they kill a single person with it and call themselves skilled.
FFXIV openly allows it just like WoW used to. MB has been banned for quite some time so why did OP just make this thread right now?
I dont play the game. It is too weird for me. So yea. it probably is.
FF has a lot of multiboxers. So this guy will have an even fight. My guess is that he sucks at PvP and so had to raid box in order to gank people in WPvP. 100% willing to bet he never stepped foot in an arena with his team. I had my MB set and only 4 shams at max. People who raid box and swan camp are terrible. Like if you have 40+ toons and you wreck 8 people and brag about it. Bad. I know boxers who do 4 vs 36 people or 8 vs 50+. But this guy does raid group vs little groups.
In WoW when you raid box you will win almost 100% of the time as there are no other groups of people out there to challenge you. He can go box in FF. 100% willing to bet the actual good boxers will wreck him there too and he will make a post about how he is unsubbbing from FF because multiboxing is too overpowered.
This guy only goes for fights where he has the clear advantage. 100% willing to be my old 4 group would wreck his small raid group of boxing toons. He doesnt go out of his way to challenge himself. He only wants to crush smaller groups that what he has.
He doesnt box to have even fights. He boxes to overpower people. You box with a small group, then people have a chance against you. Easy to spot, easy to avoid. You box with a raid group and are in a battleground… cant avoid. And they will beat you with no struggle at all.
Like when that raid boxer with 40 DKs in IoC cast 40 army of deads. It is OP. I play only single toons now. He should go play the FF game. That game is super weird though.
Looks like a lot of misinformation people showing up to this thread spreading even more lies. Even other jealous multiboxers have shown up and lying ROFL!
