ITT: People that believe in Innocent until proven guilty vs psychos that believe in guilty until proven innocent.
Seriously. Why did we as a society decide that the core tenant of justice (Innocent before proven guilty) was to be abandoned and to let anyone’s baseless accusations be taken as fact?
this is gonna end up with something akin to sharia, where we ladies will have to have 4 eye witnesses, because every action eventually has an equal and opposite reaction.

Since you’re suggesting that all accusations should be disregarded as baseless and not even investigated, that hardly sounds like justice.
I realize it’s hard for you to comprehend that scumbags should not get our support in what is supposed to be a family form of entertainment.
no. its just kinda obvious its going in that direction. if we dont rein in the kangaroo courts, they’ll be replaced by groups of very angry and abused men, demanding justice.

I don’t think that’s what they were trying to say. They were just trying to say that, by law, they are innocent until proven guilty.
That isn’t to say that accusations aren’t to be taken seriously, because they really should be. But that isn’t enough to charge someone with a crime.
It may HELP charge someone with a crime, but accusations alone won’t do it. Accusations usually just get the ball rolling with investigations and the like.

1 person can cause your post to get hidden. It takes 3 flags. Switch posting toons, bam silence your enemy.
