there’s people in the US paying taxes on this stuff that are paying quite a bit more than canadians are being asked to pay and none of them are crying and threatening to unsub.
I’m sure the price is going to increase soon in the US too. They are rolling it out slowly.
Really who is paying more than Canadians right now. And realize come next July we expect that price is going up to $25.
and that’s fine for me because wow is worth more than they’re charging. i’ve already stated they could double my sub and i’d pay without a thought. but we’ll probably get hit with $5 or so. which is nothing.

i live in a town with 60ish people. i spend mos of my free time playing wow with my wife, or posting on the forums, which also costs a sub. i can do all of that whenever i’d like for $15 a month. it’s extremely cheap. even going to the movies once for us is more expensive than that for 2 hours of entertainment.

You were comparing the a currency belonging to an Empire, that most of the World uses for a majority of trade, to the currency of a vassal state of that empire.

the only thing here is a grade school and a bar. moving here wasn’t my choice lol…

nope. XD the bar is on one side, the school on the other. ther’es an abandoned building where a grocery store used to be. a small post office that’s never open that tried to give us grief and sent our wedding bands back because we didn’t have a box there. legit. all there is.
Hello! I took a hiatus of like 2.5-3 years because I was working too much to play more than an hour every couple months (and even less time for forums).
COVID solved my “working” problem so I’m back! lol Good to see everyone.

Where/how do you get your groceries? I’ve always wondered that when I drive through small towns.
the “big city” of 1200 people that is 15 minutes away by car. or if we’re feeling saucy we go to the even “bigger city” of 2000 or so that is about an hour away to shop at walmart.

Wow. How slow is your internet speed way out there? I would honestly love to live in the middle of frigging nowhere but dealing with slow internet is probably the one thing keeping me from ever doing it.
Ahhh ok. That’s about what I figured. I lived in West Virginia for a minute and that was the set up for most, but I was in the ‘bigger city’ area so I didn’t experience it firsthand. Good times!

it sucks, not gonna lie. we’re planning on moving to canada soon once we get my stuff sorted out. that’s where she’s from. you can get food delivered there to your house. it’s crazy. lol. not even the pizza places in the city near us will bring food to where we live because of how far out we are. so that’s novel for me. lol
I’ve been getting 6 month subs all this time, this is the first time I’m considering cancelling my sub altogether. we are in a pandemic and people want to stay home and play, and you increase the prices? does bobby not have enough yachts?

Subscription costs unaffected (1-3-6 months recurring) even on a new subscription the price is unaffected .
Gametime(the 1-3-6months you can buy or gift) is being affected .
Recurring subscription did not get raised . Only GAMETIME
Edit: they are NOT the same thing , not saying its fine to have gametime raised either .
