Can you still get Argent Dawn rep?

I just did this.

Do the Fiona Caravan questline. Weirdly the individual quests do not show giving units of experience but when I got to Eastwall Tower, my reputation bar suddenly jumped from zero to revered.

Looking for clarification on Argent Dawn Rep

I am doing the Caravan questline but the quests are not awarding any Argent Dawn rep (but confusingly I am occasionally getting Cenarion Circle rep). An old post on here gave me the idea that the rep only appears after the whole questline is completed. Does anyone know if this is true? Edited to add: I am only as far as Eastwall Tower and my rep bar is already showing I am at Revered. Not sure when exactly it happened though because it never showed up in General Chat.

To go from revered to exalted, there are two spammable quests available:

The wowhead guide I’m looking at says you can kill Scholo/Strath bosses for rep, etc. but none of them are giving me rep when I kill them.

I think you might have been looking at the Wowhead guide for Classic instead of Retail.
