I don’t want to spook you but if more gemstones dropped then their price would go down. They have already done so as supply increased, they were 12k when season started then 8k in the first week now they’re ~7k. You could be looking at 3k gemstones if more dropped. You would absolutely not make more money.
I haven’t PVPed since Legion but this is the first time ever I’m not so broke I can’t afford enchants.
Gemstones are perfectly fine as is :^). If anything, they should add reagents that can only be obtained through PVP.
I feel like there are several reasons to be bothered with PVP being treated as a fishing minigame, but the ones you listed aint it. Gearing is completely fine.

there are no devs to complain too, the twitter account WarcraftDevs which was our only line of communication has been inactive for 16 months with no explanation. (more than likely they were fired during the layoffs - 3 rounds of layoffs ago).
we get a blue post on average maybe once per season, and typically thats only after months of controversy & begging. (i.e. MMR this season, last season, the season before lol). it takes the largest wow streamers to cry for months and then maybe we’ll get a small update.
i feel like they justify their reason for neglecting us because we’re a niche group of players. we’re a mini-game (pvp), within a mini-game (arena). there is probably less than <20,000 unique players playing every season, for the whole season.
the truth is that the only reason we’re a niche group is because we’ve been neglected for so long, you have to be brain dead to keep playing wow arena seriously.
League worlds were on today with a peak viewership of 6.9 million people. rofl, if we weren’t so poorly managed for over a decade, we might pull 1/100th of that on awc streams.

Its great. Sockets can be “bought” so can honor flasks… its not bad to get some sockets.
I will say, green heraldries should be able to be sold for 5g each.
Am I the only one who likes the pvp socket system? Once you get your sockets it’s literally 40k free gold every single time you honor cap. That’s kinda insane for how little effort it is.

Man I should really buy a lottery ticket now, got one in a box. I do agree that an epic box should give me epic rewards, not junk and some green crafting things that no one uses.
100% to Op though I don’t mind not getting the vault because it was random and frustrating. Compare PvP rewards to PvE and it’s a joke. Can you imagine if PvErs had our PvP reward system? You’d never hear the end of it and I guarantee you PvE would die overnight and I wouldn’t blame them.
Just do away with the Strongboxes. I’m tired of receiving my 5000th Mark of Honor, and then having to vendor [Enormous Grain of Salt], [Inert Hearthstone], and [Spoiled Feasts] for 50 silver.
