it wasnt scaling before but now scales with mastery

so really only going to be useful for fury, not arms, edit just read its not mastery scaling

Man, how do you always complain about your spec without even knowing what it does and doesn’t have??

no where do i see listed bugfixes for non working abilities, still can’t find it

it was bugged, can’t find patchnotes, but its hitting dummy with no shield for 1m, so seems to do normal dmg now.
