2 or more crowns indicate the presence of a premade.
Could be 2 or 5 man party.
I’ve seen BGs with 5-6 crowns. You can ignore one of them as the Instance Leader.
That leaves 4-5 potential 5man.

I think Heroes of the Storm (RIP) used to do that: show who is premade with who in the draft pick / loading screen.
I still play that game sometimes and yes it will show who is grouped on the loading screen but only for your own team. After the match you can mouse over enemy names in the scoreboard and see who they are grouped with though.
It does and still does. The game is getting updates again. Like Lazarus, we bringing it back from the grave.
I’m still bummed about what happened to that game. They blew a bunch of money trying to turn it into an esport when they should have focused more on the casual gameplay that drew people to it in the first place over alternatives like League. Then they were like “well we spent too much money on it, time to stop development. GG”
I’ve literally died like 9 times IRL and somehow they keep bringing me back. I don’t know if I am cursed or blessed.
Careful, I’ve read that leaving queue is sync exploiting and against ToS and a bannable offense.
So you could see 2 or 3 groups of Bnet friends who joined in groups of 2 and then cry “PREMADE” in chat to justify you trolling or leaving the EBG?
In my experience, most toxicity in EBG’s comes from sore losers who throw a tantrum after the other 40 guys put their 40 guys in the dirt and the simplest form of ego-protection is to just claim that every group of 40 that plays well is 100% a premade every single time.
