My Husband was very sad that the Make a Wish Quest involving Kyle wasn’t in Mulgore.
He got Beta Access, but not actual gametime so he can’t post this feedback himself, but he asked me to request that the Kyle quest got ported in, because he really liked that quest.
Yes it wasn’t added until TBC, but this is WoW: Forever, we already have new quests added in, and it was a cute little quest, and a Make a Wish addition for a poor kid.
I would think that adding it back in wouldn’t be too much work.
Ezra should be in every version of WoW full stop. i remember when it was added and i’ve made a point to do that quest at every opportunity
i took a long break and did it again more recently after coming back. His voice makes me a lot sadder now that i’ve got kids

Agreed, it’s such a cute and sad quest with very meaningful origins, it should be the least contentious opinion to bring it back.
Any and all things like this should be added. I am just now learning about this, and I would like to do this quest.

The kyle quest was the quest where the Tauren was on the end of the bridge, putting up missing posters of his dog, asking people passing by if they had seen his dog.
I know what it is, I was asking where it is. Just bumping the thread to help get it back in hopefully.

I remember the video about the making of that quest , I actual was watching it while playing wow at the same time. Very sad.

It’s a Mulgore quest, that was added in TBC, because that’s when the Make a Wish thing happened.
It has nothing directly related to TBC.
Genuinely zero reason not to have this quest in WoW: Forever.

yeah add the in quest, who cares if it was TBC it was for a make a wish kid and it was only some low level quest anyhow.
Bring back Ahab Wheathoof and his beloved dog Kyle! If you can rewrite the history of elves you can tweak the timeline for one humble tauren.
1000+ new quests. If they don’t put him back in I’ll consider them brain dead. Plus his voice has been in the game longer than most players have played or some alive. He very likely played vanilla as well tbf
Kid wanted to be in WoW forever 20 years ago… simple dub for the company.
They should also change it to being a faction neutral quest and it should be a right of passage, a pilgrimage if you will, for alliance players
Even if they have to tear down blood hoof village in the process of helping that poor farmer find that dog (Ahab is neutral and can’t be attacked, I’ve tried doing the quest on alliance years ago)
I was honestly surprised he wasn’t in there also (this is the Tauren who asks you to feed his dog Kyle at Bloodhoof village right?)
